About the event
Come together for a winter solstice experience to slow down and check in with yourself before the winter season begins. Together we will press pause and recalibrate to prepare mind and body for the new season to come.
This 90 minute experience will include restorative yoga, reiki and hands on, aromatherapy, guided meditation, prompts for self reflection, crystal sound bowls and an extra long and cozy savasana. Please bring a journal and something to write with.
