Join Lauren Champagne for this 4 session series designed to ignite your creativity and level up your sequencing skills. In each meeting you'll learn and explore a new sequencing method, design a class, and collaborate with fellow teachers to refine your ideas through group discussions and feedback. Take this opportunity to connect, share experiences, and grow together in a supportive, dynamic community of yoga instructors.
